FAQ for Card Notifications

1. How do you set up card notifications?

To turn on Card Notifications, first ensure your mobile phone is set up to receive notifications from our app by accessing Settings on your phone. Tap Notifications, then find the Logix Mobile Banking App and tap to start receiving notifications from the app.

Next, turn on Card Notifications within the Logix Mobile Banking App. Here’s how:

iPhone:

  • Log into the Logix Mobile App
  • Tap More on the bottom right of your screen
  • Tap Manage Cards
  • Tap Card Notification under the image of the card
  • Turn Card Notifications on and tap Update to save your preference

Android:

  • Log into the Logix Mobile App
  • Tap the menu in the top left of your screen
  • Tap More
  • Tap Manage Cards
  • Tap Card Notification under the image of the card
  • Check off Card Notifications and tap Update to save your preference

2. Can two different phones use the same profile at one time?

Yes, two different phones or devices can access the same account at the same time.

3. Can notifications be received from more than one account at a time?

No, unfortunately card notifications are only sent for the last account that signed into the device. We are hoping to improve this process in a future phase of the app.

4. Is there a way to customize what a notification displays?

Although, you can customize the settings on how you preview notifications through your iPhone or Android, the notification content itself can't currently be customized.
