While the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is changing rapidly, we want to reassure you that we are here to serve you. We continue to evaluate our business operations and ability to provide consistently excellent service. Taking every possible measure to keep you and our employees safe and healthy and to curb the spread of the virus, we have made the tough, but necessary, decision to put these temporary actions into place, effective Thursday, March 19:
We will close the following branches: Simi Valley Tapo Canyon, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks and Valencia Promenade due to staffing shortages. ATMs will remain available.
Reduced Service Hours:
Our remaining 13 branches will be open from 9:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday, and from 9am to 3pm PT on Saturdays. A complete list of temporary closures and service hours is available at www.lfcu.com.
Changes to Branch Services:
- Meetings with Branch Financial Service Officers will be conducted over the phone. To protect employees, we are restricting face-to-face meetings until further notice. Click here to schedule a phone appointment.
- Meetings with Brokerage Financial Consultants will continue to be available on face-to-face basis, subject to change.
- Branch activity will be limited to no more than 10 members at a time.
Reduced Contact Center Hours:
Our friendly Member Service Officers are available to take your call and available to serve you. We have adjusted our hours of operation and will be available from 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday, and 9am to 3pm PT on Saturdays.
For routine transactions, such as balance inquiries, account transfers, check orders, and more, we ask that you please consider using the mobile and online banking channels from the safety and comfort of your home. We have useful resources available to you at www.lfcu.com/COVID19.
