Important Logix Card Manager Update
We have some good news and some bad news. Bad news first. We have discontinued use of the Logix Card Manager app that alerts members of card transactions and allows members to freeze and unfreeze their Logix cards. Unfortunately, the vendor that supports the app encountered an unexpected hardware failure and is no longer able to provide support. It is important to note that absolutely no member data has been compromised or put at risk in any way.
You may be wondering – what does this really mean? It means you will no longer receive text alerts of your card transactions, or be able to turn your cards on or off through the application. We know this can be disappointing, but we offer the following options:
- Visit Online Banking to set up alerts for posted transactions
- Contact us if you need to turn a card on or off at (800) 328-5328 between 6 AM and 8 PM (Pacific Time) M-F, or 8 AM to 5 PM Saturday.
We also have good news to share. Logix will soon roll out our brand new mobile banking app which, in addition to a host of new features, includes all the functionality of Card Manager (ability to freeze / unfreeze, receive alerts, etc.) – all in one convenient app. We expect the new app to be “live” within the next two months.
Additionally, the current Logix mobile banking app is working properly, as is Online Banking, and you are still able to use your Logix cards.
